Defective item? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority 💕
Size Exchange Condition:
- You have only 2 days from the date of delivery to apply for an exchange
- Product should be in an original & perfect condition, tag should be intact
- Sale item is not applicable for exchange
- All Delivery charges will be borne by the customer
- Refund or Exchange end-to-end process may take an estimated 7-10 working days
- For international orders please read the policy below
- For online purchases, exchanges are only permitted online, while for in-store purchases, exchanges can only be made in the physical store.
For Size Exchange in Karachi:
Send us an email at email@example.com mentioning the reason for the exchange with your order number and get a coupon code for exchange in reply.
For Size Exchange in Other Cities of Pakistan:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the reason for the exchange with the order number, and in reply we will send you our address for sending the return parcel, once you get the address you can send the exchange item in the same packaging, tagged and same condition. Kindly mention your ORDER NUMBER, NAME , CONTACT NUMBER on the return package.
For Size Exchange Of International Orders:
If you need a different size, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back and with receiving the new item.
Note: Please make sure that the item being exchanged is in new, tagged, and odorless condition. If the item is not in this condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the item will be shipped back to you.
- Karachi: 1 to 3 working days;
- Other cities of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days;
- International (outside Pakistan): 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.

In case of sale, natural disasters, strikes, extended public holidays, etc. deliveries might be delayed.
