Defective item? Email us at with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority!


The item is to be packed and given to the rider or sent by you to our given address in the same packaging, tagged and same condition.

Delivery charges apply on exchange.

Refund or exchange end-to-end process takes 7 – 10 days.

If the item is to be sent by the customer to the warehouse, delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
