Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during sales events, promotions, or peak periods.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PAKISTAN)
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier handling, or other external factors.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight, and applicable shipping method.
COURIER SELECTION
Courier service selection is primarily managed by Sowears.
Customers may request a preferred courier service; however, such requests are not guaranteed and will be accommodated only where operationally feasible.
The final courier selection remains at Sowears’ discretion.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 96 hours to reflect.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable.
DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Sowears is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, weather conditions, government regulations, or courier disruptions.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify Sowears within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic and video evidence.
Claims reported after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier before resolution.
