Defective item? Email us at orders@sowears.net with the Unboxing video and defect pictures, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority 💕

DEFECTED or DAMAGED ITEM

  • Inspection: Please inspect your product upon arrival.
  • Reporting: Report defects, damage, or incorrect items to orders@sowears.net within 2 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video: A video showing the sealed package, unboxing process, and item condition is required for all claims.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sowears does not provide "refunds" or offer a "money-back guarantee" for purchased items.
  • Customers who make payments via Debit/Credit Card have the option to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order. Instead of a refund, the order amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases from Sowears within the next 60 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and destination country fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Sowears has no control over these fees.
  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance; failure to do so may result in parcel loss. Refunds are not processed for parcels held by customs.

ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE

  • The item is to be packed and given to the rider or sent by you to our given address in the same packaging, tagged and same condition.
  • Delivery charges apply on exchange.
  • Return and exchange end-to-end process takes 15 – 20 days.
  • If the item is to be sent by the customer to the warehouse, delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
  • Please note that no return, no exchange on sale items

Important: For all approved refunds, an 8% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This deduction covers transaction and processing costs.
