We do size exchanges! Read the process below:

Defective item? Email us at orders@sowears.net with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority 💕

Exchange Options:

  • Online Purchases: Can be exchanged both online and in-store with proof of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Size Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are not applicable on sale items.
  • One-time exchange only. You can purchase a product of the same value; no cash refunds or vouchers will be provided.
  • If you have applied any discount during your online purchase, the item will be exchanged at the same discounted price.
  • The product should be in unused condition with the tag intact and all additional items (belts, etc.) included.
  • The item must be odorless.
  • If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.
  • Non-compliant items will be shipped back to you.


      For Size Exchange in Karachi:

      Send us an email at orders@sowears.net mentioning the reason for the exchange with your order number and get a coupon code for exchange in reply.

      For Size Exchange in Other Cities of Pakistan:

      Send us an email at orders@sowears.net mentioning the reason for the exchange with the order number, and in reply we will send you our address for sending the return parcel, once you get the address you can send the exchange item in the same packaging, tagged and same condition. Kindly mention your ORDER NUMBER, NAME , CONTACT NUMBER on the return package.

      For Size Exchange Of International Orders:

      If you need a different size, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back and with receiving the new item.
