Defective item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at orders@sowears.net with the unboxing video and clear pictures of the issue. Once verified, we will happily offer a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction truly matters to us 💕
Kindly report the issue to orders@sowears.net within 2 days of delivery, so we can assist you promptly.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEM
Inspection:
We recommend inspecting your parcel immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is in order.
Reporting:
Any defect, damage, or incorrect item should be reported to orders@sowears.net within 2 days of delivery for timely resolution.
Unboxing Video:
To keep the process fair and transparent for everyone, a clear unboxing video is required for all claims. The video should show:
- The sealed package
- The complete unboxing process
- The item and its condition
This helps us verify the issue quickly and resolve it fairly.
Resolution:
Once the claim is verified, we will gladly process a refund or exchange in line with our policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Sowears does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items. This helps us maintain fair pricing and smooth operations for all customers.
Customers who make payments via Debit or Credit Card may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. In such cases, the paid amount will be issued as a coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days, which can be used for future purchases from Sowears.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as it has already entered the fulfillment process.
For refunds processed to the original payment method, an 8% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway and transaction charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs, which are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, Sowears has no control over these charges.
If customs clearance is not completed on time, the parcel may be delayed, returned, or destroyed, and Sowears will not be responsible for any loss arising from customs-related issues.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, declines delivery, or requests a return of a parcel held at customs, all related charges (including customs duties, return shipping, and handling fees) will be deducted from any eligible refund.
In such cases, disputes or chargebacks raised with payment providers may not be valid, as the order was shipped and fulfilled according to the information provided at checkout.
ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE
We currently offer size exchange only to ensure quality and hygiene standards.
Items must be returned in:
- Original packaging
- Unused condition
- With tags intact
Delivery charges apply on all exchanges.
The complete return and exchange process may take 15–20 days.
If the item is sent back to our warehouse by the customer, return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Options for Pakistan Customers
Online Purchases:
Online orders can be exchanged both online and in-store, with valid proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase:
This includes either the purchase receipt or the online order confirmation email.
Size Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- No exchanges on sale items
- One-time exchange only
- Exchange is allowed for a product of the same value
(no cash refunds or vouchers will be provided) - If the item was purchased on discount, the exchange will be done based on the same discounted amount. Any difference in price must be paid by the customer.
- The item must be:
- Unused
- With tags intact
- Odorless
- With all additional items included (belts, accessories, etc.)
If these conditions are not met, the exchange request will not be approved and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
The complete return and exchange process may take 15–20 days.
For Size Exchange in Karachi
Please email orders@sowears.net mentioning the order number and the reason for exchange.
Our team will share a coupon code for exchange in reply.
For Size Exchange in Other Cities of Pakistan
Please email orders@sowears.net mentioning the order number and the reason for exchange.
Once approved, we will share the return address.
Kindly send the item back in the same packaging, tagged, and in unused condition.
Please clearly mention ORDER NUMBER, NAME, and CONTACT NUMBER on the parcel.

If you need a different size, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item.
